This might be my favorite leg workout of all time. Last week I was extremely sore after. This week I hustled a little more and next week I'll add extra weight! Thanks for this program!

I’m moderately strong and I did the whole workout with 2, 20 lb dumbbells, so maybe up your weight suggestions for females. Was really sweaty by the end!!
