Another 50 minute workout that builds off of Long Haul. We do a longer warm-up and some longer work sets. Sprints, side shuffles and back peddles all included!

So engaging that I never looked at the time. Looking forward to long haul 3 and beyond. Please make more long runs. I’m also an Aaptiv junkie mostly because of Megan T’s crazy long runs. Please do the same!!

Another great class. Before the Long Haul series I could never run on a treadmill for 50 min, despite being an avid outdoor runner.
