Class kept me going and was super easy to follow. Two pieces of feedback: 1) there were never any water breaks, which was super tough because I often drink water during my spin classes. 2) the music was a bit off the direction - there were slow songs for sprints or what seemed like fast beats for climbs. Otherwise a great class!
