My legs are burning
I used to do heavy weight training 3x per week and circuit training 2x per week, sometimes an added cardio hill workout as well. Then I was in a car accident, rear ended on the highway, and have been dealing with whiplash and a concussion since the beginning of this year which meant workouts have been far and few between and when I do it's low weight. I was able to do this workout 3 rounds with a 15lb kettle bell in hand and round 4 just bodyweight. A couple of months ago I wouldn't have been able to get through this. Which has helped my confidence that I can keep doing this! I like that I could add weight or get rid of it, change it to suit my needs.
I surprisingly enjoyed the AMRAP! Normally I hate it. But I found that not looking at the time and just listening to what you were saying really helped!
