I liked the intensity of this class and the dynamic movements. She is upbeat and helped me push through . I would just like to know if I should be pausing between rounds or just keep moving from one round to the next ? Also, these moves are kind of knee heavy. Maybe suggest some modifications ! Overall great workout . I'm sweatyyyyy

I have never heard of some of these workouts! It took me longer because I had to look up how to properly do them, but after that it was good. She sounds nice, but is brutal on the legs and butt! πŸ˜€
