She needs to stop the “whoop whoop”. So annoying, ruins the workout. Also workout would be better with shorter breaks. And the sumo squat-deadlift part needed some more explanation.

Sorry to hear that you don't enjoy my motivational style-- however there are SO MANY epic coaches on this app with whom you can work and really get a voice inside your head that resonates with you! I appreciate your feedback. Regarding your comment about the rest, as a competitive powerlifter myself, and someone who's studied the science behind strength, to get stronger, you really need to rest in order to lift heavy enough. If you can do multiple sets in a row without a ton of rest, that is more of a HIIT/ cardio workout, and chances are, you could probably be lifting more. Hope this helps, and I will absolutely do better to explain the deadlift! be well!
