Hey Naomi! I’m 19 years old and I’ve been a competitive swimmer since the 3rd grade. Sadly this year while I was swimming for my college I dislocated both my shoulders to the point where I wouldn’t be able to swim competitively every again. This put me into months of PT and I pretty much completely gave up on every working out or swimming again. This podcast is the first one I’ve listened to on this app and the first true workout I’ve gotten through in months and it felt amazing! I just wanted to say thank you so much and please keep making this podcasts!!
