Sorry you weren't a fan. You can try the Carve Your Core workout for a very intense core session. Also, in order to effectively stress any muscle to make it stronger, repetition is the name of the game! If you lift super heavy (like powerlifting) you can do fewer exercises and get the work done, but, with moderate load dumbbells, in order to get stronger you have to do a lot of volume to get it to work :)

I love how effective those standard moves are! Lunges, squats etc. I also liked there was no warmup since I do that before a movewith workout.
