Four minutes of work doesn't sound like much, but it sure is when it's high intensity interval training! This class will lead you through 3 full four minute Tabata rounds: with an emphasis on the lower body! You will use you own body weight along with additional weights optional to increase the intensity and fun of working the lower body muscle groups!

Class crashed twice. First time the music had no volume only could hear instructors voice. Then the second time crashed during workout which was frustrating because I had to start over again. I don’t even know if anyone bothers to read comments from users. Who cares.

I love this class and instructor. I’ve been using this app for over 4 months now and I’d say Amanda has been the most consistent and energetic instructor.

Good, quick, but too much knee pain with jumps. First exercise too easy (with weights), second too hard (without weights). Wish I knew if I was doing something wrong.
