Meditating for Mindfulness is a weekly class that will guide you through a meditation and leave you with a weekly mindfulness tool to practice in your everyday life.
There is not starting point and no end point to the classes. It is an ever flow.
Meditation will start promptly at 6:50 pm. To not distribute the meditation we do ask you arrive on time.
