loved the structure. but for a sleep time meditation, her voice was not calming for me. she sounded excited in the beginning which actually jarred my already quiet dark moments in bed. i loved the affirmations. mayb slow them down as to allow the person to breath in sequence with each one in a perpetual manner as you end the class. that would be beneficial for me anyway. but great references and again loved the structure.

Absolutely love this meditation and the reminders repeated at the end. I would have loved for music to linger a few more minutes when finished speaking but overall, beautiful and i really did sink into my own body. I have trouble sleeping, this helps

What if the person listening to this is not in perfect health? That would probably disturb their sleep more than help it, causing them to ponder that.

Thank you so much. This class helped me so much. I am recovering from an eating disorder, when I was inpatient, we would have these meditations in our ed unit and now that I'm out it's been difficult to do them on my own. This is perfect way to end the day. Thank you!
