Mega Moves: Bodyweight
Full Body Strength w/ Tara Lyn Emerson
This "bodyweight only class" will sneak up on you! With quick transitions, full body strengthening moves and options to progress the level of difficulty, this series of mega moves will make you feel the burn! Each strength round will be followed by a cardio "Move Challenge." This workout is great for an at-home, travel or outdoor sweat sesh!

At a glance

There are two Mega Move strength rounds and two Move Challenge rounds.
Each exercise in the Mega Move round will be performed for 60 seconds with a 20 sec transition/rest period.

Mega Round 1:
Right Leg Lunges
Right Forearm Side Plank
Left Leg Lunges
Left Arm Side Plank
Reverse Burpees
x2

The Move Challenge has two exercises that will be alternated 20 seconds on with 20 seconds of rest.
First Challenge:
Wall Sit

I really liked that the strength moves incorporated some stealthy mobility work for the inflexible too (those crab dips were sure a good stretch for my super tight shoulders!)
