Full Body Strength w/ Tara Lyn Emerson
A pair of dumbbells and things are getting pretty loaded in this version of Mega Moves! This full body workout required mega core strength but zero crunches. Each strength round will be followed by a cardio "Move Challenge." Get ready to feel the burn...everywhere!

At a glance

There are two Mega Move strength rounds and two cardio Move Challenges.

Each exercises in the Mega Move rounds will utilize weighted resistance and will be performed for 45 seconds with 20 seconds transition/rest period.
Mega Rounds 1:
Squat OH Press (Right)
Renegade Row (Right)
Squat OH Press (Left)
Renegade Row (Left)

The cardio Move Challenge is 6 rounds of 20 seconds on and 20 seconds rest.
