Metabolic Fat Burn Meltdown
Full Body Strength w/ Naomi Rotstein
This is a full body, fat burning workout that requires your bodyweight, no extra equipment. We will be working head to toe mixing strength and cardio movements. Everything will be timed (work to rest periods) and includes Cardio TABATA sets as well. We will end with a bonus round!
