There is a self-paced 4 minute circuit of 3 exercises, then a 3 exercise circuit done for 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off, three times
First 4 minute section:
- Lateral lunge with a pulse on the right leg - 5 reps
- 1.5 goblet squat - 5 reps
- Lateral lunge with a pulse on the left left - 5 reps

Second circuit:
- Squat jumps - 20 second, rest 20 seconds
- Single-leg glute bridge, 20 sec right leg - rest 20 - 20 seconds left leg - rest 20
- Frog Pumps - 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds
