Great stretch class. I love that the goal was to hold each pose for an extended bit of time to allow actual softening and lengthening of muscles! Will definitely do again!

Stephanie did a great job of explaining how to get into each pose - it is really difficult for me to understand exactly how my body is supposed to be without seeing a visual but she did an excellent job of explaining them. I also felt great after and it was a great stretch for me! I really enjoyed it!!
