For some reason I was grouchy this morning and am so glad I opted for a short yoga session with Kilty. Focusing on poses and listening to her words of wisdom whisked the demon out and I am ready for a better day. Doing this yoga reminded me to include morning and evening short yoga sessions as often as possible to get my mindset in the right place. Thank you Kilty for the life lesson.
