A Magical Morning
Morning Meditation w/ Jeremy Falk
This is a moving meditation with breath work to get our bodies in a high vibratory state for the day!

Equipment

No equipment needed

At a glance

We'll dive right into eagle breathing where you'll need space to move in your arms up and down over your head, and then into a practice of shaking, where you'll need to be somewhere you can bounce up and down and shake your body for a few minutes. Trust me, it's awesome. Pro Tip: Empty stomach is best. You can do while your water for coffee / tea is boiling.

I listen to this meditation quite often now to get that morning magic and shake flowing! Recently we played it for our children one weekend morning, they loved it! At first reluctant they got very into the shaking and eagle breathing. They also asked if Jeremy recorded it specifically for us 😂 shows how personal the guidance feels.
