A Magical Morning
Morning Meditation w/ Jeremy Falk
This is a moving meditation with breath work to get our bodies in a high vibratory state for the day!

Equipment

No equipment needed

At a glance

We'll dive right into eagle breathing where you'll need space to move in your arms up and down over your head, and then into a practice of shaking, where you'll need to be somewhere you can bounce up and down and shake your body for a few minutes. Trust me, it's awesome. Pro Tip: Empty stomach is best. You can do while your water for coffee / tea is boiling.
