At a glance

Warm-up: a few speed pushes in and out of the saddle

Stage 1:
-heavy speed pushes
-start to build up a hill
-continue climbing out of the saddle
-find the top of the mountain
-sit down, take a little gear off, and pick up speed

Stage 2:
-heavy speed pushes
-start to build up a hill
-continue climbing out of the saddle
-find the top of the mountain
-sit down, take a little gear off, and pick up speed

Stage 3:
-build up the last hill
-final standing pushes

Kind of hard to follow. Wasn’t always able to tell when I should be standing vs sitting on the mountain climbs. More cueing would be great! Very good workout though! Thanks!
