The class focuses on the two main ingredients for Endurance: challenging pace and for a prolonged period of time. Use the two blocks of challenging pace to make sure how it feels when you are being pushed, but not to your edge. Goal is to go slightly faster on your second half so that you end up with a higher degree of endurance (aka challenge).
