This is a gentle but deep hip opening practice for pregnant mamas who are feeling tight in the hips. It is not uncommon for women to experience gripping in the hips. These postures can be done after one of the standing posture sequences or can be done as a stand alone practice. It may be helpful to do before bedtime to release hip and back discomfort from your day.
