Shoulder Opening
Hatha Yoga w/ Deborah Burkman
The amount of time we sit at desks and in our cars creates a lot of tightness in the front of our shoulders and chest and weakness in the back. This class will take us through the full range of motion of our shoulders in order to open our front. We will also work on healthy alignment and strength. This will keep the shoulder joint stable and strengthen our rotator cuff muscles and back.
