Kicked my butt!
I consider myself a pretty strong athlete when it comes to exercise but that walking workout was a killer! I loved it!!
I just recently turned 49 and I have not been active for the passed 3 years due to DDD that struck me out of no where when I was out jogging one day. I have gained 40 pds over those 3 years and I’ve been very depressed with not having a plan to follow. This was my first class and I loved it! I have recently gotten the latest Apple Watch and I’m looking forward to tracking my activities with your app. Any input that you can share with me as far has what I can follow and how often as well as a dietary plan to follow that would be great! Thank you for the motivation to get me moving once again!
