I liked the workout, but the lower body workouts hurt my knees and the crunches hurt my neck no matter how much I tried to prevent it.
Felt legs and core and core but still a good workout!
Felt shorter than 50 mins which is great! I would remove the part in the beginning when you mention “there is so much more to go” that’s the last thing o want to hear in a workout lol. Overall amazing class though!!!
