Warm up- 2 sets
30 sec jumping jacks
30 sec bodyweight squats
30 sec high knees

SET 1: 2 sets (1 min each)

POWER: 1 min Star jumps

LEGS: (8 min)
2 jumps forward 1 hop back
Add pulse squats
In out hops
Lateral lunges

POWER: 30 seconds Burpees


SET 2:

POWER: 1 min 4 high knees, 4 mountain climbers

UPPER BODY: (8 min)
Push up to knee cross
Supermans
Plank Climbers
High plank to down dog to 4 mountain climbers

POWER: 30s Burpees with jumping feet together and jump w/ feet together


Set 3:

POWER: 1 min PLANK IN AND OUT

Set 3: CORE (8 minutes)
Scissors
Bicycle crunches
100 in pilates
Straight leg bicycles
