Part 2 of the Prenatal Shoulder Work collection. This is a physical and mental practice. It is an essential shoulder opening and strengthening practice for pregnant women. The Tapas practices (Sanskrit for discipline or heat) are specifically designed to challenge student outside of their comfort zone. This sequence is challenging but mamas get stronger with practice. The breath is used to calm body and mind. Strong arms are needed to hold baby:) and a calm mind perhaps makes mothering a little bit easier.
