Part 3 of the Prenatal Shoulder Work collection. This is an essential shoulder opening and strengthening practice for pregnant women. The Tapas practices (Sanskrit for discipline or heat) are specifically designed to challenge students outside of their comfort zone. In this place women have the opportunity to tap into their breath as a tool to help support the Shoulder Work. May women have found this breath practice helpful in labor.
