Great! Only thing was I wasn’t really sure how to do that chop on the lunges/ what that was exactly so just kept lunging.
Good class, but I didn’t realize it would be the same exercise 8 times in a row, I thought it would run through all of the exercises.

I only did 4 repetitions of each and I wish we had way more 25 min or 30 min tabata workouts on here. I LOVE Chad and the personality he brings to the class! A tiny bit more explanation was needed for me to know for sure I was doing the tricep dips with toe touches right.
