Interval Tread w/ Brave Body Project
This 15-minute treadmill run is perfect for increasing stamina and endurance when you're short on time. We'll start with a warm-up and then move into two pyramid runs: a 1-minute interval pyramid run and a 30-second interval pyramid run. We'll finish with a final sprint to close out the run.
