Way too fast and hard to follow

Too fast and the pace wasn’t consistent. If it was only fast I could deal but speed up slow down is too hard.
Wish he would have slowed down to hold the poses more so that we could have really opened the hips. So many salutations. It was better toward the end but overall was very rushed.
This was a lot more fast-paced that I had expected but it was great! I couldn’t play any music though.
Your pace did not feel to me like a restorative pace . It was too fast , giving me not enough time to get into a posture before I was instructed to move into the next .
Slow start, I was hoping to get into leg stretches more quickly. We spent the first third of the class doing salutations. The instructor’s voice also wasn’t very soothing or peaceful. It sounded very routine
Short but felt like I got the workout I wanted and stretched out my quads and hips!
