I love your workouts and coaching style. I have a request: I’m turning 60 next month and I avoid high knees and jumping jacks. I love the cardio burst but I think it might help a lot of people to get an alternative to body weight jumping. Sometimes I will add a weight vest and do slower moves. Or just do lunges or squats with or without weights. But I have a feeling you would have good ideas. Thank you. Jenni
