Very sweet practice to ring out the old and make room for the new. I really appreciate how towards the end you began to speak of some of the other limbs of yoga alongside doing the physical practice. This really helps to tie it all together for me. I would love to hear you narrate more in that way throughout the entire practice. Jai Namaste!
