Good workout but what she said for band placement (put below knees) for the first 3 movements doesn’t match what’s show in the visual cues (above knees). Form seems pretty important here, what’s correct?

Hey Lauren - thanks for catching that! The band is fine in either placement (above or below knees) for those first three. It will be a little bit more challenging with the band below knees if you're looking for a bit of an extra burn!
