Stress Relief Meditation w/ Jeremy Falk
In yoga nidra we enter a deep state of relaxation by entering a hypnagogic or lucid dream state. Many of our relaxation habits are more like sensory distractions and some can produce more stress in the body despite them feeling good at the time. Even our sleep at times does not produce full relaxation. In yoga nidra we enter a threshold state between sleep and wakefulness where this deep relaxation occurs. If you ever need help falling asleep or fully decompressing, this practice is for you.

This was my first 1/2 class (outside of being in a physical class). It is amazing I have worked up to now being able to focus and concentrate for a full 1/2 hour. Looking forward to doing more yoga nidra!
