more relaxing than i expected. but the breathing technique was great. felt totally open at the end.

It was nice that even with being a beginning I recognized most of the poses and it definitely warmed my body after waking up on a cold morning. I feel very relaxed but I will say that it make me feel a little sleepy towards the end. Being a rose and shine type of class I was hoping to feel more awake once finished. But overall very helpful!

It was the perfect level of difficulty for first thing in the morning! I feel good, stretched and relaxed, but I didn't break enough of a sweat that i look like a mess and have to shower again. Such a great flow!
