Trying to return to movement after a few years . You are gentle and this is perfect for beginning again .. I am a woman 68 years young . I am a writer and meditator . I let myself sit more than move for the last 15 years. Hard to believe they go by so fast. But you are the only instructor I have found who is just right for me . I know I will get stronger and steadier with your rise and shine as I am get in the habit of daily practice. I look forward to other classes with you when I feel ready.
