This is a base HIIT class utilizing the Concept 2 ergometer and your body. It is a 19 min circuit but can be longer if you want to go further (which is always encouraged).

Thanks Meliza. What I like about this simple workout is one can always improve...whether it is with pace on erg or with more reps with burpees in between bouts of erging! Stay on it!!
