Shuffle was hard in small room with rower replaced with burpee to in and out low squat to burpee. Thanks so much I’m not a fan of rowing so this was really helpful

This was an amazing workout. Great to do especially if you’re in a hurry. Gets every body part! I’m sooo happy I did this today!
Love the coaching and reminders to stay focused and think about form throughout- ALMOST as good as Duncan in the room with you!
