First time I’ve been on an erg in a long long time. I’m a former collegiate rower, and Duncan’s cues allowed me to consciously finetune the form I still had on a muscle memory level. Loved it!

Thanks for the feedback. The rowing stroke is a technical movement and whether one is a novice or Olympian, technique and execution is critical for improvement, better movement and injury prevention. Try one of the other rowing workouts that focuses more on just the workout itself. Cheers.

This workout is too limited to only one brand of rowing machine. Not usable with the read outs on my machine.

The timing is hard to follow. I start when told but then am always off by about 2 mins. Can’t figure out when to start the piece after doing this about 4-5 times.

Great workout. My timer was off from Duncan’s by about 1:45. Hard to know exactly when to start the workout. Otherwise great!

It kept stopping... I think the app must be crashing? It has happened before but I was able tot finish the workout But I couldn't finish this one today... it just 100% stopped. Very frustrating this is my favorite class...
