I started this workout not convinced I’d even make it 15 minutes, but Katie’s coaching got me through.
Great run! Went by so fast!
Just right on the amount of motivation. This workout allows for improvement in subsequent workouts and it won’t get mundane. Made me realize I need to work on the mental part of training as much as the physical aspects. Nice job, Katie.
