RunYoga Spring/Summer Edition
Running w/ Cara Gilman
Experience running and yoga like you never have before! Running and yoga are incredibly powerful practices and when matched together they not only bring balance and strength to the body, but also to the mind. This 10 week series led by yoga teacher and running coach, Cara Gilman, will do just that.

Each session will consist of a running workout matched with a yoga practice. The running portion of class ranges from group runs around the Charles River to speed workouts and hill repeats. For the yoga segment, you will have exposure to various styles based on the running workout that day; including strength based yoga for runners sequences that target hip stablitiy and glute strength to restorative yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. Get ready to be challenged on all levels and to meet an amazing community of people to be part of while doing it. Laughter is mandatory. High five and namaste!

Session schedule:
5:45pm Arrival
6pm Checkin/Get pumped up
6:05pm Running workout
7pm Yoga
8pm Namaste

*All classes will take place on Floor 3 at Ruggles Baptist Church
**Please note this is a 10-session series. There will be NO class on 5/30 (Memorial Day), 6/20, and 7/4 (July 4)
