I normally love Kilty’s classes, but I found the instructions in this one really confusing and eventually had to stop the class because I didn’t understand what I was supposed to be doing and missed too many movements.

Thank you, Kilty. Having the extended time in the very last pose after a challenging session gave me time I needed to connect and be thankful for life—an element that is often discussed at the end but never enough time for me to find that space.
