Are there any alternate wrist positions to complete workout? Hate to slow down for wrist pain.

So sorry to hear-- wrist pain stinks! I would do deadbugs (a core exercise) instead of crawling, and do chest presses from the floor instead of push-ups and then a second set of bat wing rows instead of the reverse plank. Sound good? Try those@

Really great instruction. The video and audio were mismatched for the first reverse plank (video showed push ups).
