Love this class so much I’ve done it two weeks in a row! My only feedback is I think the walking recovery could be a minute longer between the 2nd and 3rd sets. I feel like a little more time to recover might help me perform better on those hill sprints

I feel amazing after completing this class! She really pushes you and gets you moving but allows you to choose your own home speed and goes up from there!
