took two weeks off of working out because of a busy schedule & man does this workout really kick me in the butt (literally). i always add resistance bands & weights to give my booty a lil bit of extra work (:

Wow! That was great and tough!
I added an 8lb dumbbell for the first round, then a 5lb dumbbell for the second round & then pushed through the last round w just my body weight and it helped me a lot! oh & i also used a bar for the pulse squats! best squat workout ever
love love love! was only able to push myself through two goes but im gonna keep working hard to finish the entire workout!
