Upper Body Strength w/ Garrett Wood
This class sets the foundation for upper body strength. There are three circuits. The first circuit has three exercises, the second has three and the third has 1 exercise. The goal is to perform this Upper body workout three to four times (for almost a month) and get stronger with these basics before moving to Level Two.

At a glance

1a) Push-ups, (reps change based on the week)
1b) Batwing row (using two dumbbells or kettlebells on a bench)
1c) 30 seconds of kettlebell cleans (using 1 kettlebell)
2a) Kneeling overhead
2b) Hammer curl
2c) Ball slam for 30 secs
3a) Farmer walks for grip strength 3x
