Full Body Strength w/ Garrett Wood
This class includes upper and lower body moves to further solidify a strength foundation. With several complex movements, it may seem more difficult at first, but ample rest time, cueing and work-time will make it less intimidating.

Four circuits:
The first two circuits only include two exercises: one complex exercise and one core exercise.
The third circuit has three exercises and will involve less rest time and the fourth circuit involves single-leg work, push-ups and a power development drill.

Love this series. I also prefer the timed sequences because I often forget to count reps.

This class was fun! Instructor was perfect. For her other classes she does too many “woooo wooo” but did not overdue the cheers here. I don’t mind them just noticed the difference. Would do this workout again and again!
