The last 30 second was a WONDERFUL burn! Make sure to do your 2 minutes of recovery before checking out of the ride because the last one is not included. Otherwise, awesome ride. According to my Apple Watch, I burned more calories than the workout anticipated. Whoo!! Thanks girlie 🥳
