Instructions were not clear on a couple poses. Way too fast, I couldn’t get through a single vinyasa without being three steps behind. Frustrating. Unfortunate because you have a nice voice and are clearly knowledgeable. I’m all about a flow pace, but a rushed yoga sesh seems like an oxymoron.
