That Bon Iver tune was hard to take. Guitar very obviously out of tune. For a professional guitarist it makes focusing on the workout tough. 😞 Stephanie is great though. Thanks!

My hamstrings have always been crazy tight. I wish she had given descriptions of modification that can be done since I could not get all the way into the described poses.
