Really prefer this type of music over the usual obnoxiously loud, rap-centric ‘bang-bang-bang’ of the more high intensity workouts. Thanks for the workout! I can see why you recommend The pigeon daily...!!

I have hip mobility issues because I squat so heavy and I never really stretched but this class was challenging because of the pain but I felt so much tensión released because of it. Thank you so much ❤️
