It was good work out but I got very confused between chest fly, skull crushers and the other chest one... they all sounded so similar when you describe them. I realized on the second round I got a couple mixed up. Wouldn’t mind and extra minute added to the workout just to describe these. I have done all your other workouts and I really enjoy them!!!
Directions were hard to follow
More squatting than I thought would be in an arms work out but I like it! And the home modifications (ottoman haha!) are a big help
